「I booked Abode Manchester more than a month in advance, and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it was clearly stated that the rooms had air conditioning. However, when I arrived, I was told that the air conditioning was broken in all rooms throughout the hotel. At first, I thought I could manage by opening a window to get some ventilation — but to my surprise, the windows could not be opened at all. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips.
