「Nice」

「The coffee maker did not work, the tub’s faucet constantly leaked all night long. There was blood on the floor in the bathroom. I didn’t know if I was walking on a crime scene, or a woman’s worse day. For breakfast I was one of the first people there. I felt like a child who had snuck out of bed and asked for a glass of water the way the staff treated me . I was scared to grab a muffin or some coffee. Everytime I grabbed something the staff was looking at me like I was in some sort of trouble . ...

「I misunderstood the quality of hotel. It’s not good. There’s some rust on things on the room, the air conditioning vent is not clean. The bathroom fan was dusty. A lamp or two was out. There’s a bit of humidity or mustiness especially in the lobby. Everything was clean though and it wasn’t the worst. However, if you can spend a bit more, stay somewhere else. It’s also in a low income area.」

「Perry is truly an asset to this property. He gives the best recommendations and my daughter and I enjoyed some great gumbo and Po Boys during our visit. It’s lovely to feel so welcome in New Orleans and I check to see if Hotel Royal has any openings every time I go there! Great parking, great room. Happy with everything!」

「I've never experienced a contactless check in/check out at a hotel so that was a first, overall great time. The rooms reminded me of an apartment and it was incredibly cozy. Definitely would come back to this hotel in the future.」
