"Hotel is very well located to many venues in Toronto. The problem encountered is the late check in which starts at 4:00 PM - a time where guests are preparing for evening activities. Moreover, the check in period creates a bottleneck to get a room as guests really cannot check in in advance and get the room key card at 4 PM. So long lineups and wait."

"Our room exceeded our expectations. The location was good. Morning staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If I were to log a complaint it would be regarding parking. We circled the block a few times trying to figure out the included parking garage. It wasn't until we went into the office that we were given directions, instructions and our pass. It seems like there should be a better way to communicate this to customers in advance."
