「The view and the location are excellent. Clean, but only on a basic level - not at a "guest stay" level. Dust/hair/general dirt behind doors and along baseboards, very old/dried up kitchen sponge for cleaning (the only one), flattened/old pillows, laundry left in machine, etc. The apartment is pretty tired - paint eroding along baseboards and on doors, damaged tabletop, obvious wall patches from holes in several spots, one "barn door" was off its mooring and resting on the wall with obvious...
