「This is not a typical hotel you check in to. The people at the front desk don't know anything about your reservation so you have to call when you arrive and some telep5agent sends you forms to complete the reservation. I walked out. Completely ridiculous.」

「- Unit smelt like cigarette smoke - “city view” second floor looking at an adjacent building. No view or skyline really - tv remote finicky. No volume control. Must unplug from wall to turn off - check in/out processs was 10/10!」

「The place was very clean and had a fridge, stove, dishwasher. Bed was comfortable and there was extra linen and comforter for couch bed. Included, coffee, pots pans, plates and silverware. Warning: To check in there is pre arrival forms to fill out. You need everything filled out including a picture of you holding your ID. I’m still not sure how the parking works that was supposed to be $20. I asked for parking and sent my car and plate information. We parked the car and got the ticket but we...

「Super complicated to get in, room was not clean, hair everywhere, 2 bedroom apartment with queen squishy bed. Super expensive for no reason. Not recommended for family. Came from road trip and the check-in and check out process was testing our patience to the max. We had a 11month old and all night there was a train noise. Absolutely horrible experience. Would never stay again. Waste of money.」
