「It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient. However, the toilet was situated right between the bedroom and another corner with a bed. Therefore, we had to cross the beds everytime when we went to toliet which is very inconvenient.」

「This is a budget suite but the services and facilities are comparable to the 5 star hotels, For the rooms are big and there's even a dining room for breakfast plus good foods nearby. The restaurants provided a lot of choices and so you can get what you want there, even pizzas and others. The rooms are clean. 「Excellent location and clean space. Communication was great. We went to Toronto to see some baseball and the location was perfect, walking distance to the games and lots of places to eat and see. It was great to have parking available also. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Staff all very friendly. Rooms beautiful. Would recommend using the rooftop pool. Gym downstairs well equipped too, don’t forget to take a towel if you’re using the steam room in the changing rooms down there. Would definitely return. 」

「Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed.
