位置很便利的飯店

飯店位置十分便利，聖羅倫斯市場步行距離可達，附近有公園、超市、餐廳，交通也很方便。房間有微波爐、咖啡機，設施很實用。小缺點是洗手間內鏡子的燈太亮了，應該有獨立的開關比較好。另外，窗外道路交通繁忙，車子的喇叭聲有些吵。

Clean environment. Amazing and cordial staff. Quick turnaround to resolve our AC issue of not cooling the room. Our only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was abysmal. Strange cos the sink’s water pressure is great while that of the shower was the opposite. Our shower experience was frustrating but overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We loved the complimentary breakfast. The fitness centre is small but we were able to get our workouts in.

Breakfast was good,lots of options.Gym was tiny,not a variety.No pool.Our room was small.On our floor the mounting on the wall where it meets the floor was peeling off,there was banging noises in the morning.When cheking in,1staff was a bit rude,others noticed this as well.Housekeeping upstairs welcomed us politely and wished us a good stay.She was very nice and made us feel welcomed,after the not so good check in.The next morning there was youth boys running around, slamming doors,swearing and laughing really loudly in the hallways.It seemed like they were standing in our room,it was so loud.I finally got up around 830am to tell them to keep it down.This noise was going on for more than an hour before I finally got up to tell them.I phoned front desk to let them know.This was very disappointing as it was the last night of our vacation and this is how it ended. Without restfull sleep in the morning and its what we had paid for.It was very inappropriate behavior from the youth and should not have happened.Why wasn't there no sound barrier in the rooms?Upon checking out,I spoke to the front desk about the same issue and the staff told me,he was sorry that this happened and told me that the youth group had checked out now. Gave us 2 waters and 2bags of chips.We had stored our luggage at the hotel,when we came to retrieve it later that afternoon,the youth were all still there. The staff lied to us.Another guest saw them throw a remote from the floors above???

Stayed for two nights to see the Jays with my daughter Pro: the staff were really helpful and friendly also asked for a late check out and got it - Breakfast was great with all the standard fare including breakfast - the room itself was well appointed as I expect from a Holiday inn Con: Really really noisy - street noise (sirens blaring) and hallway noise - heavy doors crashing - I do expect a level of noise but this was excessive - Also must have been a hockey tournament or something with lots of screaming teens running around and smashing doors closing - was rough - they are also doing reno's so I occasionally heard drilling - didnt love the neighborhood - my room had a view of the shelter across the street - overall this was a very mixed experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Toronto. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long journey. We were especially grateful for the early check-in, as it made a huge difference after an all-night flight. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and the staff truly stood out — they were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Toronto.
