The place was just dirt and rundown. Pool area needs a refresh. I literally didn't stay one night, checked out and went straight to the Hyatt Regency which was MUCH nicer. And they refused to refund me."

What is most concerning is the lack of consideration shown for both myself and my child after these accommodations were not met. This experience fell well below expectations, and the absence of any attempt to rectify the inconvenience only added to the frustration"
