「I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden.」

「I was pleasantly surprised how clean and well run this property was. I have zero complaints. Breakfast was great with everything replenished regularly. Parking was easy and the hotel was in decent proximity to the hospital where a family member was having surgery.」

「First room we got put in had many hairs on the bedding and the swing bar door lock was broken. The second room we were put in the A/C did not work and the bedding had multiple large stains.」

「The staff were amazing and really helpful. The room was clean but there was the odd stain here and there but nothing to write home about and difficult to remove. Parking was great and you could enter the hotel from numerous entries with your room key. The attached restaurant was great too, served a mean breakfast, although on the first night we were informed we got a discount for eating food there, I don't think we ever did despite mentioning a few times, luckily it was reasonably priced.
