「Stayed for 5 nights. Kept telling front desk we had no body wash and it was never filled. My only complaint 」

「I really like this hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable abd sound proof. The linens are nice and a full kitchen away from the beds. Tons of storage and closet space even in the basic room. Lighting could be better as a tiny complaint. One improvement is allowing trays for the breakfast up to the rooms. Breakfast ends early nice to get it and bring to sleeping family. 「I had booked and paid for a hotel here on Expedia and arrived provided my credit card for the deposit along with my ID under the same name that was scheduled for the hotel I received so much grief from the guy at the front desk it felt like an honest interrogation asking if I was staying the whole night with my partner then I had mentioned that I would be going out for a bit and returning and he basically denied giving us our room. 「the room was too small for all the stuff you had crammed into it. too small for two queen beds. tv blocked the mirror. when i booked i was told the room was on the second floor,it wasn't!」

「The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food over in the restaurant in the Sheraton was very delicious. Basically across the street was Asia town with a whole bunch of Asian restaurants. It was lovely and if we’re back in Richmond Hill again, we will stay at that hotel.」
