The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were very clean. At times, some guests were quite loud late into the evening, and we would have appreciated more enforcement of the hotel’s quiet-hours policy after 11 p.m.

Well maintained and our room was nice, but we did have some frustration during check-in. We arrived around 3:20pm (check in is 3pm), and we were told that it'll be a few minutes while they get our room ready. In all it was over an hour before we got to our room (around 4:30). There was another group ahead of us waiting in the lobby when we arrived, and a few other guests seemed to check in and get a room immediately while we waited. I understand that things happen, but it was a long time to be kept waiting without any updates (things only seemed to move along once I went up to the desk and asked for an update)

I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. The pool was a highlight—perfect for the kids and a great way to unwind. It was clean and well-kept. The only small issue was with the shower curtain, as it didn’t stay properly on the hooks. A simple upgrade to sturdier hooks or a more secure curtain setup would make a big difference. That said, it was a very minor inconvenience compared to everything else was. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d happily return!

Light beside the bed was missing not bolted to the wall anymore. TV came on but you couldn't change channels. Is a vibration coming from the ceiling kept me up half the night. Couldn't find any glasses then we discovered the dishwasher was full nothing put away.

I really like this hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable abd sound proof. The linens are nice and a full kitchen away from the beds. Tons of storage and closet space even in the basic room. Lighting could be better as a tiny complaint. One improvement is allowing trays for the breakfast up to the rooms. Breakfast ends early nice to get it and bring to sleeping family. Staff was really nice!! Every one professional and friendly. Got food delivered to room no problem. Good wifi abd easy access to highway. Cheap drinks at happy hour and they let you bring your own snacks.

Having a full kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils is great. Bonus if free breakfast. Biggest complaint was staffing and resources when magnetic key system failed for the whole weekend. Why would operations manager not staff up front desk as a contingency. We had to wait for 15 mins for staff to return from escorting guests to be let in with master key. During busy weekend with the hotel at capacity. It is absurd that the manager didn’t think how this would impact customers. Duh. Bad faux pas on mgmt. They should have compensated something to the guests as a consolation. It really negatively impacted my experience staying at this hotel.
