Lovely experience staying there. The staff was so friendly and helpful! A big welcoming smile goes along way! Our room was dated but it was clean and accommodated us and our 4 children which was why we specifically booked this hotel as many hotels request multiple rooms to be booked and that’s never really in the budget. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool and LOVED the free cookies at the front desk. We would definitely stay there again. Thankyou!

We visited Hamilton for our close friend's vow renewal at the Carmen Centre. So we stayed a night. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we had a good night rest. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and beautiful, however, unfortunately, we had trouble with the door not unlocking properly so we had to move to a different room. Theresa did an amazing job getting us relocated and giving us a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience. We still had a wonderful evening and were very comfortable during our stay.

We did not eat at the hotel but I understand the food is great! Everything was wonderful except for the parking. We arrived late and there was not a parking spot to be found other than across the street in overflow parking.

When I stayed. The room was clean at first sight, and thought the rest of the room as well. The lobby staff was nice. Was here for a wedding so the hall next door was also beautiful. If u want to have a wedding here I would do so for a good price.
