"This was a great option for my family of 4 (including 5 year old and 1 year old) so we could enjoy the beach. Kids loved the mini water play pad area (it does appear that some of the pipes could use an update). Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but very tight with 3 rows of tables plus the food. Not very ADA compliant, but great food options and beverages, consistently restocked throughout the service. "

"Great hotel and right on boardwalk. Very clean room and housekeeping was great. The bar and grill on property was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Didn’t drive for the 5 day stay, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and activities. To walk down the entire boardwalk took about 25 minutes. Will definitely be staying again."

"This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping. Anyway, these were minor issues, and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Even though the Fourth of July was a little crazy in oc. The tidelands was a great place to stay. Their in-house pool bar is great too"
