「The young lady who helped me when I first got there last night was so kind and courteous. She took us to our room and checked out the hot tub in the room and the hot tub outside. I couldn't have asked for any better service than we got there.」

「Always love the Brown Palace, staff is always great. The jazz music on Sat. is terrific! My only recommendation is that our room needed some upkeep, thing starting to fall apart in the room that need attention to keep this a spectacular hotel.」
