Seriously, (maybe TMI) it was the first hotel we’ve stayed at in the last nine months that had the toilet seat properly attached. Nothing like a wiggly seat to make you wide awake in the middle of the night trying to stay on! Thank you for not doing that Hyatt Place! Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow.
