「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?".
The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise.
