I would highly recommend recleaning and disinfecting your room. We rented a business suite for 4 days and I’m so appreciative that they accommodated early check it. Sadly, there are multiple stains on the floor, chairs and couch. Bring a throw to cover seating areas and highly recommend shower shoes just don’t walk around barefoot. Ottomans, chairs, desk and headboards were all visibly dirty as if there were no attempt at all to even try and clean. Curtains and AC until visibility dirty as well along with the AC not even working enough to cool the room. Bathroom very old and run down. Paint chipping throughout the whole room. Remotes had cakes on dirt you can tell they’ve never been cleaned at all. Again, ask for early check in so you have time to clean and disinfect if you stay here. After all the work I put in I didn’t want to change rooms cause I’d have to start all over with the process. I don’t request room service because they already showed their lack of experience in cleaning. Pool and gym were nice and clean, front desk staff were nice and helpful. All in all, just a run down dirty hotel in a good location with plenty to do.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I was expected to call DIRECTV because the remote was not working. But I should’ve known when I got my room key and included was all the numbers to call myself for any issues that might happen.

Really great night staff. Checked in super late and the young man that took care of us was EXCELLENT, very kind and gave such a sense of security for our stay. Comfortable beds, awesome pillows. Definitely will be back if we come that way again

I like this hotel because of the upgrades rooms with the jacuzzi tub but during my last stay, I was put in a room where the jacuzzi was not working. Of course, I didn't discover this until I was already in the tub. I'm waiting to see how this hotel will handle my complaint.

Room was clean, but shower head was separating from wall and towel shelf above toilet was leaning at an angle. I did appreciate the large size of the room, multiple sinks and plenty of outlets. Included a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable and we could not hear any guests. TV uses DirecTV; bring your own firestick or roku if you want to watch netflix or other app-based services. Location was perfect for our needs. Grounds were clean. Parking was tight, I don't know what was going on during this time but this place was packed, which is a good sign. Check in was quick and staff were amazing. The only two things I feel could use improvement are the indoor pool room which reeks of chlorine -- multiple guests were coughing. There is not sufficient ventilation in here for that. & the breakfast, which was included in the price of our stay. The juices were very watered down and come out of a soda fountain style dispenser. Eggs are powdered and the sausage didn't look very appetizing. Yogurt was non-fat or low fat it didn't have much flavor at all. The best part would be the waffle if you can fight several families off, getting a bagel, or cereal. Overall, I think we would have been better off leaving the property for breakfast BUT it is decent enough if you're trying to save money on your trip.
