Lone Tree seems to be a decent area. Lots of shopping and restaurants but also seemed to be a lot of homeless and liter.

The traffic is heavy, but you would expect that in a shopping district.
"Front desk personnel were very kind, courteous and helpful. The provided breakfast exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and quiet. Convenient downtown location, although I wish there was a better parking situation."
"Clean, fun place to stay. Definitely recommend the room service! We ordered the burgers for dinner after a long day and they were so good, we had them again the next night. One mile from a good outdoor shopping center. My only thing was the location. Definitely not an area of town you could walk around and feel safe, but they do a good job of keeping the entire property secure and we felt very safe otherwise."
