「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible
2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」
「The rooms were very nice, however, the toilet was super low and hard to get up from. Also the opposite was true of the accessible room; the bed was almost too low to get up. It wasn't helpful that you almost had to get on your knees to get out of the bed. Lastly, paying to park is not good, but the price was awful. 」
「I chose this property because my adult children and grandchildren live in the adjacent building. My family was able to just walk next door, so convenient. The Hotel and our room were new and spotless, and the 17th floor view was amazing. We would chose this hotel again. 」
「The only thing that was annoying was that the card keys were unreliable. I had to go to the desk 2x to get a new key. Other then that it was a great places to stay at. Clean pool with towels stocked. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The perfect stay. Close to food places and gas stations. 」
