The room was clean snd the bed was pretty comfy. The biggest issue was that the shower pressure was nil, hardly any stream and it was just shy of lukewarm. If you weren’t in the shower, you couldn’t even hear water.

After having disappointing experiences with several well-known hotel brands, I ended up booking this hotel for the last night of my trip. It turned out to be a great decision. The customer service was excellent, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable—I slept like a baby. AC, TV everything was just fine. I don't usually post reviews online, but this hotel seems underrated and deserves some recognition. However, this property may not be for those with luxury-level expectations while wanting to pay only half of what the major hotel chains charge. For the price, it offers outstanding value and a very pleasant stay.

At the level of "Motel 6" 40 years ago! Sparsely equipped is an understatement, A/C is very old and very loud and inefficient. one plastic cup for a double room; wanted $1 for a small bottle of water. There is no daily housecleaning, and no fresh towels unless you ask for it (!?). Uncomfortable bed, miss-stated in the description (Full bed called Queen) 2 terribly old pillows. Good shower. Breakfast: doughnuts, and yogurt on request. For $150/ nt in June, it was highway robbery. All and all, it would be a respectable youth hostel in a third world country!

Breakfast was donuts and fruit. AC unit only operated on high and sounded like a locomotive. Maybe a little TMI but... the toilet was located in between the sink and a wall and your shoulders were literally touching both. Staff was GREAT but the property is just old.

The front desk is racist. He directly told us I don’t like your face, get out of here. He said that to me in front of my little kid. He asked us to get out of the hotel at 3am, and we even have a fully paid room for 2 nights. It’s a traumatic experience for my son. After I beg since it’s 3am and I have my little one with me, he gave us a room but the AC is not working at all. During our whole stay. I did ask them to change our room, but they refused. Worst ever.
