"Pool out of order smoking room"

"The casino is really pretty and they’ve done a good job of keeping the Paris theme throughout the casino and hotel rooms. Our experience was nice. When we first arrived, they put us in a room that was not fully cleaned. They were very nice and quick about remedying the situation. Besides all of the restaurants and cafes being overpriced for the quality of the food, the hotel casino is in a great, convenient location. The food at the beer hall on the outside of the hotel was actually decently priced and yummy. There were more children than I was expecting in Vegas in general. The Paris hotel has a little older, stiffer vibe that we would probably stay at the New York or the cosmopolitan."

"I was truly disappointed with this hotel, the hotel is under renovation and the noise is ridiculous. At check-in the gentleman was very short and blunt, not welcoming at all. The room was another disappointment, carpet old and stained, curtains not hung properly. I got motel vibes just being there so I spent less time in my room. This being my very first visit to Las Vegas I would not recommend this hotel as a place to stay."

"The room was very clean and in pretty much perfect condition. The Hotel lobby and casino were also very clean and nicely appointed. BUT Their website says that microwaves are available upon request. I requested on when I booked, 7 weeks prior to arriving and again 1 day prior to my arrival via their online check in. Yet when I arrived there was not a microwave in the room. When I called the front desk to request one they said there were none available and were offered on a first come first serve basis... is 7 weeks notice not enough to get me somewhere in the front of the line!!? I specifically chose this hotel over a neighboring one because they offered a microwave. Secondly the elevator in our building did not work. We unloaded all of our stuff and put it beside the elevator and pushed the button and 10 minutes later ... no elevator. We had to carry everything up the fire escape stairs to get to our room. To access the fires escape you had to go outside the building and open the fire door which was locked.... so had to wait for someone to leave in order to get access. When I called the desk to inform them that the elevator did not work they said "oh yeah we knew that", yet no sign on it saying out of service nor instructions on how to get upstairs. This hotel is very nice and this should have been a top notch experience but instead it was spoiled by these 2 things. "
