「When I arrived, I needed to change the first room booked for me by the hotel because there were a lot of dirty spots top of the comforter. Then they immediately arranged another room for me which was cleaner than the first room. I stayed here for 2 nights and I had a great time here!」

「After checking into the room, I discovered that one of the floor lamps wasn’t working. I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a room change. The staff refused, claiming no rooms were available and insisting that "a broken lamp wouldn’t affect my stay"—despite my observation of many vacant rooms. Half of the towels provided by Super 8 were stained with dark, dirty marks. The sink faucet had extremely low water pressure, making it practically unusable, and the drain was clogged,...

「This hotel is in the middle of everything- shopping, theater, food, and is very close to Times Square! The only gripe I have it is speed and size of the elevators- they're small and slow, and one was out of order. Overall, it was exactly what we needed at a great price! We will definitely be back on our next trip!」
