i Love Cancun and the Urban Oasis

very well located, close to the main bus stops, banks, and shopping plazas around. pool area was just great, breakfast was always tasty, we will be back.

Good location - easy access to the beaches

Great hotel in the centro area of Cancun. If you like to find good Mexican restaurants and like less gringo resort and more mexico this is a great place to stay. Very nice pool. Easy to get back and forth to the hotel zone if you want. Enjoyed our stay.

The property has to IMPROVE on MORNING BREAKFAST. I stayed for 5 days and ended up waiting for 30 min-45 min for basic amenities BREAD & essential items for breakfast. This delayed my entire planning. If I had to stay again, I will think or change to a different hotel because of Breakfast Buffet DELAYED service.

The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, but in reality, it falls short in several key areas. The rooms are basic and lack the quality expected from a 4-star experience, with outdated furnishings and limited amenities. The overall service and facilities also don't quite match the 4-star standard. Given these shortcomings, I would rate it closer to 3 stars, as it doesn't offer the level of luxury or comfort typically associated with a higher rating.

The property is in downtown Cancun so accessible. the staff here is super rigid to accommodate anything. Any small request you make is not accommodated by the staff. The breakfast options are super limited and is very crowded unless you make an upgrade. There is no ramp to get your stroller up while entering the hotel. I'd avoid staying here again.

My stay was excellent. The Staffs are great really helpful. I really like the pool area. It is very nice. Wasn’t too crowded. The hotel actually looks better in person. Rooms are nice and clean only thing the water sometimes will fluctuate from hot to cold. Check in process was really fast and check out. I can honestly say that I would return if In Cancun, the marina mall was five minutes away by car. My experience at the oasis honestly was great. I would say they could’ve had more options for breakfast.

This is not a safe area. I can not recommend anyone staying in this part of the town. Be careful if you do. Take care!

I was in room 608 and it was too humid inside the door do not have a gap seal and all the hot air from the ac tower come back in the room. I won't be a customer again, but it is still a good hotel.

Elevators were not working during our stay and they didn't have employees to help with luggage to take the stairs. So sad for my parents to carry their heavy luggage up to their room.

The electiricity went off several times. Elevators were not working for most of a day and walking up to the 7th floor in the very hot stair wells was very uncomfortable. There is a problem with some kind of virus or bacteria which caused almost all of our very large group to have gastrointestinal illness. This lasted days and meant people could not participate in activities or enjoy their time.
