"The hotel is beautiful. The room was very pretty. It’s an old building but maintained well. My room had a beautiful terrace which would be lovely for entertaining but the views were looking directly into other buildings on all sides. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because the breakfast that I paid for while booking the room is only continental and not worth the price. Walk around the corner and have a good Full English for less than you pay for the continental. The hotel is in a gorgeous location and close to everything. "

"Great attention to detail and very friendly staff, from doorman, to reception and concierge, to cleaning staff. First day I arrived a bit earlier from airport and was able to get early check in. Was also jet lagged and had a couple Nespresso cups in room. The next day staff filled coffee bar with pods I drank plus extras of the ones I liked. Small things like that throughout my stay, that most hotels ignore and show attention to detail. "

"Excellent location right in heart of Covent garden. Close to many theatres and 10 min walk to tube station to get around. Lots of restaurants and pubs close by. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for your London stay."

"The hotel itself was nice and the location near Trafalgar Square is excellent. However, we booked two rooms together and one was allocated in the Club Quarters wing requiring a long walk through fire doors and corridors, which was inconvenient for our group"
