「Room was comfortable with plenty of space and the staff were super friendly and helpful」

「It was fine for one night. Brand new hotel so there is still a little construction dust to clean up. Room was surprisingly noisy for a new build - you can hear cars outside and HVAC is kind of loud. No local tv channels (as of yet) so it appears that you need to log into apps on the tv. Did not see a way to use airplay from device. Breakfast was ok - yogurt was overly sweet and not too appealing as is extruded out of a machine」

「Staff was amazing made fresh decaf upon request and accommodated me for a double bed when they believed I had reserved a king. One of the beds were squeaky so if you are a light sleeper ask for a bed that doesn’t squeak. Avoid room 320. Overall we had an amazing stay. Best part was a walking trail near by, greenway path. Absolutely gorgeous tall trees and creek along the way.」

「TV was not working properly. No hot water in the shower until management was called and someone fixed the problem.」

「This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated.」

「We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.」

「There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.」

「Staff were friendly and polite. Bed was uncomfortable, linens were stained and bathroom walls were dirty. Room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes.」
