「No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. 」

「It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.」

「Lovely accommodation set In beautiful gardens. Surrounded by a golf course with wild sheep roaming. Couldn’t ask for a better well equipped accommodation. Easy access to the A55 to explore north wales. The owner is very friendly and obliging without being to obtrusive. Without a doubt I would book to come and stay here again. 10 out of 10. 」

「We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. The breakfast was inclusive and was yummy and they even let me take a tray up to my family who were still in bed. just a perfect stay! ticked every box for us.10/10」

「酒店位置離利物浦火車站約10分鐘路程，可接受之範圍，另外距離海邊之景點步行過去亦十分方便！ 房間寬敞，廚房設備充足。唯一缺點是房間床褥比較軟身，不適合腰脊骨有問題之人士。」
