「Very polite and helpful staff very clean and tidy general areas and the rooms were immaculate some furniture looked a little dated but certainly were not damaged in any way and still very servicable I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.」

「Staff was attentive and pleasant. Problems were that they ran out of basic breakfast menu items. Additionally, the property is not air conditioned and no fans were available until we requested one. The windows were restricted from being opened beyond two inches. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. On one evening, the hotel was completely out of ice.」

「This cute bijou property is really well placed. It's close to everything - a few roads south of Bold Street and 5 minutes from John Lewis and entry to the docks. It's nicely decorated and the staff could not have been more helpful. They genuinely wanted to make sure that we had a good stay. I appreciated that the walls were thick so there was hardly any noise from neighbouring rooms.」
