「Quick turnaround from being the premier inn and apart from the reception area, everything was the same and the need for freshening everything up is stronger than ever. Even had premier inn room cards still in use. For these reasons I felt it too pricey for what you get and would expect more. Not sure on their pricing too as I believe I paid about £15 more but did get a “free breakfast”」

「Nice place although it is very tired. Worn carpets and walls that need painted in the halls. Never had much contact with staff but they were all fine. Room was clean and a decent size. Bathroom needs a new shower as it was poor. Bar was fine. Good selection of beers and o5herbdrinks.」

「Convince and nice hotel」

「Short walk(10min) to the docks and easy access to the city centre. Good restaurants nearby Lack of lift so if you have big luggages, it would be a challenge to carry up a few flight of stairs. Room I was staying was at the top floor and unfortunately, it was the heat wave. I didn’t realise there was no air conditioning although fan provided didn’t help. I couldn’t change the room either. So that 2 nights stay wasn’t very pleasant. As this was a work trip, I think having a desk would be...

「Staff was attentive and pleasant. Problems were that they ran out of basic breakfast menu items. Additionally, the property is not air conditioned and no fans were available until we requested one. The windows were restricted from being opened beyond two inches. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. On one evening, the hotel was completely out of ice.」

「Room is very clean, friendly staff and shops around you can get literally anything you want nearby. And it's a family friendly place to stay.」

「Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. 」
