「This is an average hotel located on a bit of an upslope unless you are coming from Sultanahmet - which is preferable. Although we arrived half an hour early, we had to wait for check-in. The furnishings were a bit tired and basic. The breakfast was extremely average. There was a lot of noise from the traffic which interfered with our sleep.」

There’s always someone there to greet you, and they make you feel safe and well taken care of throughout your stay. The location is excellent, right in the Old City and close to major attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. It’s also near a government building, so there’s a strong police presence, which made us feel very safe....

「The hotel is great, couldn’t help enough, even the cleaning staff. Anything we wanted was only a phone call away. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was amazing, with a lot of the finer touches that you wouldn’t get in other hotels, even a turn down service before bed. Definitely 5* and would wholeheartedly recommend a stay.」

「The room is very clean, the staff was so kind especially Ali, he was very helpful orienting us on how to move thru the city, he was the only one who speaks English. Very close to the tram service. The only complaint I have was that the air conditioner was too hot and they told us that they adjust the temperature according to the outside temperature, but in the room was so hot The second one was that there is not enough cold water in the bathroom to adjust the temperature of the water...
