「This was a pleasant and comfortable hotel with good staff. And lovely Restaurant next door. The beds are rather hard. The hotel organised an expensive trip on the Bosporus. Coming back the guide was unhelpful with our disability and lost us which left us with a very difficult journey back to the hotel.」

「When I arrived, only one room was booked. I booked two rooms. We were expected to share. I explained all this but they insisted we have the one room. In the end, I pushed back, and they eventually relented. Much more went wrong. 」

「The property is on the boundary line of polished touristic region and real Turkey. You can experience both. Located in old Constantinople and close to many attractions. Area is safe. Streets toward Bosphorus provide good local food. 」

「This new hotel provided good quality service and comfortable environment. It located near Tram station and tourist points within walking distance. More, they offered welcome fruit to us on check-in day and free wifi after check -out. The water for shower was not hot enough at night time.」
