Everyone is helpful, professional, and smiles when approached. The lobby, the garden outside, the rooftop bar and the restaurant have spectacular views and top notch food, drinks, and wine. I am coming back and bringing the rest of my family."

"A great place to stay. My 3rd time in Istanbul and i will definitley come back to Sura again. A beautiful courtyard makes this place rather special. Specious rooms, well equiped gym (although a proper spinning bike would have been a good addition), nice breakfast with a wide choice of food for any taste. But especially i would like to mention the service. It was impacable. Any request was dealt with promptly with politness and profesionalism and a big smile. What not to like. "
