「The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. 」

「Room 204, the bathroom needs completely redone. Otherwise our stay would have been excellent.」

「Rooms were relatively clean but floors could’ve been swept and mopped, sheets had stains on them. Breakfast was very limited to just muffins and coffee. Also we could hardly sleep with how loud it was in our room hearing people being loud in the hallways. Felt like it was a very thin wall in between. Our room didn’t smell bad but the hallways did.」

「The breakfasts each morning were amazing. They were better than any of the restaurants we went to on our trip. 」

「Walked into a stifling environment temperature wise. Alerted management team at 4:26 p.m. and when we returned at about 10:00 p.m., the attached picture is what the thermostat showed. It was about 4:00 a.m. before the condo cooled down to low 70’s and where we were able to get a couple hours of sleep. So two night stay and the first one was basically a wash. I was also quite concerned that two of the windows were unlocked upon our arriving into the unit.」

「The facility was very nice as well as the staff. My issue is that they cancelled the reservation that was supposed to be paid when I got there because they charged my card on file which had expired. Since it declined, they cancelled the reservation that I’ve had since October. The staff found me a room but it was a little more than my reservation. I don’t like how Expedia tells us that we can pay onsite but then the hotel charges your card before you get there. 」
