「This road side very old motel in our opinion was not at all as advertised. And for Expeidia to have it listed is not acceptable. After deciding to not stay I've been charged $103.05 fee I would not have spent 2 nights there if they paid us! This needs to be resolved」

「The reason for a poor rating had to do with cleanliness. When we checked in, the room had crumbs on a window between the beds and sitting room area. The floors were not vacuumed since there was debris littered over several areas. There was also hair found on the ledge of the bathtub.」

「The place smelled like cat urine, the upholstery was peeling off the chair, and the clerk was about as unprofessionally dressed as possible: pajama pants and an old t-shirt. She was actually out buying snacks and cigarettes at the convenience store when we were trying to check in, so we had to wait for her to come back. We went elsewhere and will never go to a Red Roof Inn again.」

「First we get a room,that was not cleaned ,food and boxes everywhere like someone was living there.The second room we were given had dirty bed spread with some type of pink splatter dried on the comforter, peephole covered over, shower curtain had mold all over it,so nasty,will never book here again.」

「I was bitten by bedbugs and personally observed them in the room. Due to the infestation, I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Although the inn refunded my stay, I continue to suffer from allergic reactions caused by the bites. My greatest concern is that I may have unknowingly transported bedbugs to my home, resulting in additional stress, inconvenience, and potential expenses. It ruined our family trip.」
