「This was the best VRBO stay ever. The house was spotless. It was spacious for our family. I loved the games provided for our family to enjoy. 」

「The property itself was good. Had some issues with the sinks not draining, to which the property manager was responsive. There were a few areas that weren’t adequately cleaned, such as the oven and the shower. The main issue we had with the property was that it is located along a busy bar street and the windows/walls are paper thin. Expect to get very poor sleep. Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! Any issues that we had they took care of immediately and were so gracious to extend our stay by an extra day with no issues since it was available!」

「This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. 「Walked into a stifling environment temperature wise. Alerted management team at 4:26 p.m. and when we returned at about 10:00 p.m., the attached picture is what the thermostat showed. It was about 4:00 a.m. before the condo cooled down to low 70’s and where we were able to get a couple hours of sleep. So two night stay and the first one was basically a wash. I was also quite concerned that two of the windows were unlocked upon our arriving into the unit.」
