Room was good for price but even though the hotel was no smoking , the hallway smelled like cigarettes so bad, people were still smoking cigarettes I guess in their room, and I love how it’s pet friendly we saw so many dogs

Very fair value for the money. Will return next year. Good location. Easy access to I 75. Short drive to Cincinnati as well as The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum among other things.

The hotel is a little dated. When we arrived, a man had his dog on the furniture in the lobby, the front desk staff said nothing. Not a good look. At first glance, it looked ok, but once I turned on the broken lamp, the comforter was stained 😔 the sink had little flies coming out of it. The complimentary breakfast must have ended at 8 am; we went down at 9 am and ERY-THING was packed up and gone. It was a quiet stay, no chaos. The bed was comfortable. But my OCD didn’t allow for a comforting sleep due the stained comforter.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and quiet, but dated. The only issue we had was the fact that there was no elevator and to access the rooms you have to take the stairs from the main lobby. We had my mother with us who has difficulty walking and climbing stairs. We got her to the room and made sure she didn't have to leave again until we checked out. We opted to go out and bring back food to the room rather than the challenge of getting her up and down the stairs again.

Lobby staff was great- friendly, efficient. Breakfast items were good except some of the egg patties were ice cold. Breakfast staff told client that sausage gravy was oatmeal. I corrected the info. Desk chair in room was VERY worn on front edge. Room was clean and comfortable. No soap for shower

Perfect location for vacation headquarters

Perfectly located near Ark & Creation Museum. Grocery store and Mexican restaurant across the parking lot so didn’t even need to drive there. Multiple restaurants within the 1 mile service area. Safe. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
