「A little disappointed about their breakfast.」

「This is a nice, clean, relatively new facility. Helpful staff, easy check in and out. I'd stay there again.」

「Ac did not work--would run for 2 min then shut off. Dirty washcloth in shower. The sink did not drain. Gal at front was informed. We left at 0400 as it was so hot in the room.」

「The parking lot smelled like garbage. Their appeared to be people living in the hotel. Breakfast was useless. There was no pool even though it was advertised that there was one. I chose the hotel strictly because it said there was one and when I found out there was not one they refused to refund me the rest of the nights so I could find a hotel that did have one.」

「Place was not a 3 star hotels. Wasn't clean, the sink in the room was propped up with 2 boards! The pool was broken. I had inquired 3 days prior and they assured me it would be fixed. The front desk person said she reserved 2 room right next to each other as we needed 2 rooms. When I arrived there were no such reservations and we ended up 6 rooms down. I tried to find another hotel but it was too late to find anything. Was disgusted」

「I definitely loved this resort and the time spent there was memorable my only issue that I would of had about my entire stay was upon checking out i was presented with a bill for watching movies that i never watched. they waived one of the bills which was the smaller one, but had me pay for the bigger amount」

「Staff, breakfast, cleanliness are all great. I’ve stayed multiple times in several different rooms. My only complaint are the mattresses are not comfortable. I have back issues and need a firm mattress and every bed I’ve slept on seems like they are old and broken down.」
