「My family stayed here for 3 nights and we all enjoyed our stay. We were asked if we would like the beds making up before arrival which we thought was a bit strange as this is something you would expect to be done for you anyway. The lady we had to contact for access details was a little abrupt on the phone, so we weren't sure what to expect. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised, however the driveway is quite steep so would recommend parking on the road, plus it is meant to be a shared drive....

「Excellent accommodation, perfect for exploring the lakes. Just off the A66 with plenty of parking. I stayed 3 nights in the single room. It was warm, cosy and comfortable with a nice en-suite bathroom. Great food with vegetarian and vegan option. Very reasonably priced and friendly and helpful hosts, I would highly recommend. 」

「Ravenstone Manor is perfect for this kind of holiday. It's the best place we've stayed. The house is amazing, the staff are brilliant, and the food was some of the best we've ever eaten. The location is also perfect, with different kinds of walks clearly highlighted by the staff and the car park safe and away from the road. We also really appreciated how dog-friendly it is, and how thorough they've catered for people travelling with pets.」
