「We were very pleasantly surprised on arriving at the Boutique Hotel. We were warmly greeted with a glass of Prosecco. Our suite was so much better than we had expected. In addition to the bedroom there was a room with a table for meals, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a Sauna. 「Mainly stayed for Keswick Convention. Walkable distance from Base Camp and Main Tent at Skiddaw Street. It's quiet and near a scenic view from a river nearby. The lawn of the Hotel brings rabbits and relaxing atmosphere to guests. Friendly staff and great self-served breakfast. A good balance of price and service. Will definitely visit again.」

「This is a repeat trip to this hotel. set in the glorious countryside of Grasmere. The hotel has a quaint but contempoary feel. all the staff from arrival to leaving were understadig and willing to talk to us about the spa, food or the amenities.
