This is our second visit to this hotel. It is well placed for wandering around the area and boat trips. The bedroom was spotless and bed comfy. All staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with plenty of choice

Lovely hotel in a quiet spot outside Bowness. Staff were great, room clean & very spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. Dinner was absolutely delicious as was the breakfast. Can't fault the place, would 100% recommend Lindeth Howe Hotel.

Warm comfortable room in lovely hotel that is walking distance from lake. House was where Beatrix Potter took holidays & she eventually bought it for her mother. Love the whimsical touches such as carpets & wallpaper. Easy private parking included. Stairs to rooms on first & second floors but staff help with luggage if needed. Dinner & breakfast at the hotel restaurant were good.

What a lovely small cosy hotel this is. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a excellent view of lake windermere. The grounds were amazing. Not far outside of Bowness.so can easily walk there and to the ferry if you wanted. Food was good and fresh. Breakfast had a made to order menu on hot food. So definitely fresh. With an excellent choice. Will definitely return.
