「There was an issue with payments going through as we used a third party. A lot of undue stress, having to sort it out for both stays when the emails were asking for payment again. Maintenance was needed to refit the handrail twice. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean.」

「Great value for money, pool basic but does the job…. Plenty of free parking, 15 mins away from Halifax Evening young staff gathered around talking instead of paying attention to customers that was the only negative Breakfast amazing value Overall excellent value and would come back 」

「Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Lots of attention to detail. Very private spot. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. We enjoyed walking along the canal & exploring Cromwell Bottom...

「The staff were very friendly thankyou.It is a great place to stay for the piece hall,train station and other places of interest in Halifax.My room was spacious. It was a little bit noisy at night ,but not enough to keep me awake.Only comment,a hairdryer would of been good in the room.Would go back. Thankyou.」
