「To be honest I don't believe the second last review to be true ,you can check in late ,lock was easy to open with just 4 digit code,very co-operative management,nice and clean appartment ,we were not expecting such an excellent 5 star appartment in Leeds ,would highly recommend to everyone as you won't regret and will keep booking again and again whenever coming to Leeds. Very thankful for making our trip to Leeds awesome and wonderful.」

「We arrived for our stay at the property and hadn’t received the password for the lock box in order to enter the property. After numerous phone calls were ignored by the owners we had to resort to sleeping at the train station. 」

「The monastery has beautiful gardens to explore in any weather. The accommodation itself is spartan and authentic to the purpose, but is still good material value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for the gardens alone, but the unique experience is also an attraction.」

「The staff were very friendly thankyou.It is a great place to stay for the piece hall,train station and other places of interest in Halifax.My room was spacious. It was a little bit noisy at night ,but not enough to keep me awake.Only comment,a hairdryer would of been good in the room.Would go back. Thankyou.」

「提早了到酒店(12:00)，問前台可否check in ，前台服務員幫忙問一下，回覆可以，令我們可以早些放下行李箱，輕輕鬆鬆外出逛逛！👍 住了2晚，而美中不足，是第二天不知為何沒有room serving ，幸好房內用品（廁紙）都可以支持多一晚！」

「There was an issue with payments going through as we used a third party. A lot of undue stress, having to sort it out for both stays when the emails were asking for payment again. Maintenance was needed to refit the handrail twice. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean.」
