"the breakfast was really good - rooms clean - staff - very accomodating"

"When you drive up to the property, it needs a good pressure washing on the exterior since it is covered with green mold. The lobby was clean enough, but as you walk towards the elevators it is clear that the carpets are not vacuumed daily. When we entered our room, we noticed the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and there was an area in front of the tub that felt like if you jumped on it, we would go through the floor. At 12:30an at night we found out why, water began pouring through the light fixture in our bathroom to that area on the floor. I called the front desk and the gentleman asked me if I wanted to change rooms to which I told him I think we would need to or be flooded by morning. We changed rooms, and it was OK. We would definitely not choose to stay here again. The hotel only compensated us $50 for the inconvenience of changing rooms in the middle of the night. Clearly, this was not a new problem to this hotel room and yet we were still booked to this room. Breakfast was mediocre. The one positive is that the beds were clean and comfortable, but beyond that I don’t have much positive to say about this hotel."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. We had two bedrooms and baths. A full kitchen and living area. The area was very quiet."

"The photos online are very misleading. The entire building smelled of stale cigarettes, and the rooms were disgusting. The AC units smelled like must and they have a coat of black gunk inside the grates. The corners in every rook have dirt built up, and the whole unit could use a bleach. I didn’t see any bugs or left over food items, but I felt gross for the one night we stayed. I did not shower because the caulking around the tub was brown with dirt or mold. Hard pass. "

"Staff was nice, the bedroom floors were sticky all over... as if the mop cleaner solution was bad. The box spring was broken at the foot end and made a lot a noise if you move in bed. The smell in the halfway was bad, smelled like bad food and smoke. There was a dog across the halfway that was barking loud at 2am. I could hear all the steps upstairs above me. The kitchen was very nice though! It'd be good for a long staying."
