"The hotel is clean and the employees were very nice. The check-in experience was quick. The breakfast was good although the line was long. The room was clean,, however, the walls seemed very thin. We could hear people talking. The night we stayed someone was yelling outside the entrance at 12:40 a.m. tels should have quiet doors and well-insulated walls. The bathroom is tiny although the sink area outside the bathroom was roomier.We really like the couch and the TV was a nice size. We visited on a warm spring day and the AC worked well. The location was good with several restauarants nearby and stores at the mall area. I would recommend this location unless you are a light sleeper. "

"Not sure if something happened recently, but there were so many problems with this hotel. First was the room we were put in. The ceiling was cracking down the middle. We were put in the room right next door where it was slanted down the hallway. I went down stairs to ask for the drinking fountains and they were all broken so had to go out and buy water. The next day while eating breakfast there was water damage pretty extensive on the ceiling. By the elevators in the lobby was the same. The ceiling looked like it was going to fall in. "

"WiFi was slow but that’s expected for hotels. Pillows were wayyy too soft. Otherwise, everything else was great!"

"Staff was good. The room was terrible. Bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut, walls were dirty with what appeared to be blood and greasy hand prints, tv didn't work. Broken tv was just laying on the floor. "

"Everything was great except for the wifi. We were trying to use the streaming apps and it kept buffering about every 30 seconds. Other than that, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Comfortable beds, very clean, hot water in the shower, good breakfast, easy and friendly check in. "
