Breakfast was not impressive. The hotel smelled unpleasant like they tried to bleach something but didn't do a good job. People on my floor were loud and yelling even at 3 am. Shower was okay.

When we checked in, we immediately went to our room and looked at the bed and mattress. It was nasty! We weren’t sure exactly what the stains were, but it looked like dried blood and body fluids. We asked for another room, but were told they didn’t have any. We got a refund, and went to another hotel.. Be sure to check your mattress before you sleep here!

This hotel was subpar from the moment I walked in the door to check in. The couple checking in in front of me was requesting a different room because there was blood on their bedsheets. I should have known from that point on that this was not a good place to stay. The attendant at the desk did not greet me in any way. After a significant wait, he returned to help me. Our room was disgustingly dirty. There was a toenail on the couch, and cough drops and trash on the floor by the bed. The tub did not drain fully. There was always a puddle of water in the bottom of the tub, which is totally unsanitary. The bathroom door had dirt and toothpaste on it. The carpet was gross and needed to be vacuumed. The table/desk was filthy and sticky and not suitable to use until I scrubbed it with soap and water. The TV was very dim unless we shone a light directly on the sensor, so we had to move a lamp to the floor under the TV. The breakfast ended too early (9:30 on a Saturday) and we were rudely scolded for trying to bring breakfast to our sleeping children. There was not enough seating in the breakfast area but the desk attendants were very adamant about not bringing food out of that area. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. The man at the desk when I checked in told me the pool would be open the next morning or afternoon, but it did not open the entire day. We purposely select hotels with pools for our kids and we never got to use the pool.

Hot tub was down for maintenance the last two nights of four, elevator had a glitch going to 3rd floor with more than two riders. Breakfast was great, pool and cleanliness very good, would definitely stay again!

For what I paid, the room was not as expected and needed to be remodeled. You had to pay separately for use of the pool and hot tub. The breakfast choices were not good. Parking was an issue and it’s next to a pool hall. A hooker knocked on our door at 11 at night and someone tried to bum a smoke off of my husband in the parking lot. I would not recommend this property.

When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible.

Staff at this property was very kind overall. However, my room was not cleaned very well. There is hair stuck on the bathroom doors and the shower curtain. There were stains under the mirror in the bathroom and stuck to the walls under the sink. The biggest issue we had was the large blood stains on our blankets ( we suspected to be mentral blood). Because their bedding is white and layered. we didn’t realize it until we had already slept in the hotel for two nights. When I alerted the staff, they took care of it relatively quickly, however I was completely grossed out by that time. I will never stay here again..

I feel so bamboozled! How in this world is this location rated so highly? I simply may never understand. The room was torn apart from simply the window curtains (literally torn apart and hanging off) to the tub/shower that leaked water just cause we were simply in it using it; So you guessed it, water all over the floor after each use. So much so, I’m pretty sure that was mold I saw behind the toilet. Furthermore, don’t expect room service of any kind. You’ve gotta haul tail downstairs for every little thing. And when you get there, there’s no more than one rep at a time to assist so you’ll be waiting. I doubt the sheets ever get changed as our originals felt “weird”. The weather was nasty this weekend so the indoor pool was a must as our little always wants to swim. Nice size pool and jacuzzi and indoor is such a plus, but the smell of the chlorine was so strong, we could never stay for too long as it burned our eyes. I went here off the basis of previous reviews and I’ve just come to the conclusion that people’s perception of what a “good” hotel is just REALLY low! This was just somewhere to stay and I’d be a fool to stay again. Best part of the stay had absolutely nothing to do with the property, but the new Tanger Outlet up the way with all of those food/shopping options. That was so nice, and many of the places around have only been open for a few months if that. Mini golf, food galore within great prices.So there’s much to do to entertain yourself on that nearby exit.
