"The person at the front desk could use some training. No smile, warmth or acknowledgment- just “what’s your name?” This is a big turnoff to weary travelers. Came across as unfriendly and uncaring but probably needs travel Ning on how to talk with the public. "

"The people were friendly, the rooms comfortable. Our only issue was the a/c didn’t cool very well. We left the balcony window open the second night and it was great."

"Our stay here was excellent. It was close to everything like stores , restaurants and entertainment. Jackie the front desk receptionist was very informative and friendly. She made our check in very comfortable and easy. This place is renovating most of their rooms and ours as well was recently done as well. It was a small room but cozy. It had natuarl ac which was a celing fan and windows. Some rooms do have ac. When we come back we would like to book the family room that was really big inside with a full kitchen, loft and living room area. It wasnt expensive staying here. They also have a pool and jacuzzi close by that looked very inviting. "

"“The property is a bit older, but its charm is undeniable—beautifully situated right off Big Bear Lake. The location is ideal, offering easy access to events and local attractions. The beds were soft and clean, and the room was comfortably furnished with a small dining table, cabinet, fireplace, and fridge. Although breakfast was included, we had early plans and didn’t get to try it; it appeared to be a simple offering of cereal and fruit. Overall, this spot would be a great fit for families, couples, or solo travelers alike.”"
