"This was our 4th stay here at the Burgundy. My husband and I love this place everytime we stay here. The pool and the tub were remodeled and lookin’ really really nice! The most important thing for us was the EXCELLENT customer service. When we booked the room and checked in, once again our favorite front desk person JORDAN met our needs. He made sure the fireplace was ready to be used and anything that we need he made sure we were happy! We can’t wait to go back the Big Bear again and stay at this hotel! Thank you Jordan for the amazing hospitality!"
