「We have stayed at Bay Motel many times and have always been completely satisfied.」

「Surprised by this place. Clean. Friendly staff. Cute indoor pool area. Comfortable beds.」

「Breakfast was pretty bad. Pool was not available for use. Room had a musty odor. Night staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「There was damage to the A/C unit. Faucet wasn't fastened. I found a LIVE cockroach in my room. They are refusing to refund me because "I had already been there a few days day and it's a shared space so there's nothing they can do.".」

「I did not seen food any of the three mornings I woke up there. There was a plastic container with slices of bread though and a toaster. There is no pool on this property. There are no available personal items in the bathroom but there are dispensers with liquid soaps in them for the shower and for the sink, we ran out of toilet paper before we left.」

「Surprisingly nice room within walking distance of the airport. Also really quiet considering how close it is to the airport. I had to check out earlier than breakfast started so not able to comment on the breakfast.」

「Room could use a carpet cleaning, shower is installed but no way to use it. Ended up bathing. Not enough breakfast put out unless you want cereal. Hot tub not in use, pool had kids with diapers on and dirty. Didn't care to use it with all that. I was told by a realtor that place wasn't all good, but was to late.」

「There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level.」
