"The gentleman who checked us in was extremely polite. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Pillows could use an upgrade & the water pressure in the shower was pretty low but the shower was nice & roomy. AC unit was kinda loud, but still did its job. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The hot tub and laundry were closed for repair. I had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. The carpets were old, worn and stained. The actual room was ok. It was apparent they were trying to make it look better with taking some short cuts. Caulking in the bathroom was new, but it was obvious they simply covered over the old dirty grout instead of cleaning it. The front desk was friendly, but no professional ism. Family run outfit? Dad waits on us, but says he doesn't know how to use the computer, while a young daughter is asking where mom is. Husband tells us wife is in the bathroom! TMI. She comes out sporting a grubby hoodie. For $121 for 1 night I expected a little more. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel is currently under renovations. My room did not have a working shower - I arrived late and departed very early. Management onsite indicated I would get a refund for the inconvenience. However, the next day the "senior" leader indicated I would get "points". This is extremely disappointing for a Hilton / Hampton Hotel. I trust the right people will make this right."
