「It is okay 」

「The room had 2 Q beds, as requested. The room was not ready, so we had to wait, though check in time was supposed to be 3 pm. There was only 1 chair. The toilet was low, with nothing to grab onto. The bathroom door was also the closet door, which slid to one side or the other. The shower was fine, with plenty of towels. The room had no safe, though the front desk had safety boxes, I think…which we did not use. Breakfasts were fine. We will choose a different place next time.」

「This is an older property, but is exactly what was needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of clear cable channels with a ton of sports. If I find myself, again, in Niles OH, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again」

「Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude」
