When I reserved the room it was listed as Pet friendly-that policy has changed and the no longer accept pets. Since I already had reservations they did honor it and allowed me to have my dog. The AC took a bit to figure out and was very loud, it was ok but don’t think I would stay here again

With it being a facility that allows smoking in rooms the air is very thick and stale. The air conditioning is very outdated while it still works it is at minimum capacity. You get what you pay for basically. It was an inexpensive stay last minute

This is an older property, but is exactly what was needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of clear cable channels with a ton of sports. If I find myself, again, in Niles OH, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again

This hotel is a bit dated but for the price you can't beat it in the area. Anything else and the price range is not worth the risk to your health to stay in. This place was clean well taken care of and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will be staying here yearly when I come to Niles Ohio.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful with directions and places to go eat. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I am use to a space within the hotel to eat. Breakfast was served in a brown bag. It had juice and a danish in it. If I ever had a need to stay in this area again, I would stay here. Good value for the money.

Had room 217. The bathroom needed work! The only thing nice was the counter top! The carpet need cleaned. The walls need cleaned (smoker room, wanted a non smoker room, but don’t think that mattered) got a candle to get that smoker smell out of there! bed need replaced it had a dip in it! Uncomfortable but sleep able. Thermostat wasn’t working! so thankful it was cool at night to open the window above the balcony door. But warm in there during the day!
