「We upgraded to a junior suite and it was a great little space made from an odd shape. It had great bed and shower. The little seating area had two chairs, one which could be pulled out for a child’s bed. The seat was too deep to just sit in but good for curling up in. However, the room also had a large window that actually opened up to a tiny deck which offered a great view of the street below! The bar/breakfast was very nice as well as all the staff. Also, this was a great location to do...

「The staff should be friendlier. The bedroom was great!」

「A charming small hotel in the old town of Bilbao, it was close to all the major sights and activities. The rooms are pleasant with high quality linens, and the breakfast is made to order. Highly recommended!」

「Very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Free city bike, location is ok. Room is a bit tiny.」

「Super clean and freshly renovated」

「We enjoyed the location in the heart of the old town. It was close to many bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. However there was no air-conditioning so we had to leave the windows open for airflow and this meant it was very noisy. The room was quite compact but the bed was comfortable.」

「The location is good and it close to supermarket and metro station. You have to climb up stairs every day to reach your room. The building is under renovation and hopefully they will finish it soon (we do not know they are under renovation, otherwise I would not book there) really hot in room when there is heat wave without air conditioning」

「Charming lodgings with different handcrafted finishes in each room. Updated and clean.」

「First of all, as other guests mentioned in their reviews, the main door to the “hotel” (once inside the building) is neither clearly marked nor explained in the check-in instructions. If it weren’t for another guest (who happened to enter the building as we were confusedly looking around) we would have spent more time than we already had searching for access to our room. The place is more of an average vibe than any decent hotel experience. The room itself has horrible, harsh, cool, bright...

「Amazing! Everything was lovely and it’s in the heart of the old city.」

「Great location. Loved the room and being so close to everything」

「Excellent location. Basic room but very clean. Comfy bed. A good option at an affordable price, especially if you are going to be out sightseeing all day and just need somewhere to sleep.」

「Bra frukost å trevligt rum」
