"Very comfortable room and bathroom. Flawless common spaces. No water fountain for refilling bottles and a tiny free water carton in the room. "This is a huge shout out to Patricia on the front desk without whom our experience would have been very different and not enjoyable. And a shout out to the cleaning staff who do a wonderful job. The difference in rooms is huge; standard rooms are small and light deprived with no view other than concrete. If you can, book the rooms at the front with a view of the river. Breakfast is difficult for vegetarians and after a while becomes repetitive. Despite being a 4-star, amenities are limited. Guggenheim is a 10mins walk away."
