Very convenient location for an early flight from BIO. The shuttle service is great. There is also a city bus, A2153, stopping at the airport (arrival level) and near the hotel.

The staff was terrible, they acused us for having a dog in the room..... saying they could see it on there itv but when we asked them to search our rooms they would not do so. - the staff even harrased my old mother in law and kept talking anbout a dog that was NEVER in any room - we where on our way to Denmark and dig NOT bring a dog on our holliday - it was such a joke and i will recomend hotels.com to remove the hotel from their list - dont use this hotel there are lots of airports hotels in the area and i am sure that they treat their guests better than on this crazy place
