"The Goien Boutique Hotel in Old Town Bilbao is modern with a gorgeous lobby that also serves as a restaurant with an all-inclusive delicious breakfast with a buffet and a made-to-order menu. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The nightly price was so reasonable!"

"The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao."

"Arriving later in the evening, the front door was locked and there was very poor information and communication as how to get inside the building. The girl at reception could have simply came down and opened the door, but instead I was trying to have an online conversation as to how to gain entry, and at the same time trying to translate some text by the door to try and figure out how to get in. I was outside in the rain for nearly half an hour. Very poor communication and information if you don’t speak Spanish. "
